Nord-27

Designed to meet the needs of modern living, this prefabricated home combines functionality, comfort, and a warm residential atmosphere within a compact and efficient floor plan. Offering approximately 27.5 m² of living space, the layout includes a 14.00 m² open-plan living room and kitchen, a 9.50 m² bedroom, and a 4.00 m² bathroom, providing all the essentials for comfortable everyday living in a simple and well-organized design.

Interior Living Spaces

The open-plan living and kitchen area forms the social heart of the home, while the bedroom and bathroom are positioned separately to provide greater privacy. Large windows and an entrance that opens directly to the outdoor space maximize natural daylight, creating a bright, spacious atmosphere despite the home's compact footprint.

Exterior Design and Architecture

The exterior combines natural timber cladding with dark metal façade panels, creating a striking contemporary appearance through the contrast of natural and industrial materials. A classic gable roof has been reinterpreted with a modern architectural approach, while the front timber terrace provides a welcoming outdoor living area that strengthens the connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

This project brings together the speed and efficiency of prefabricated construction technology with a clean, contemporary architectural language that embraces simplicity, functionality, and harmony with nature.
