This project is being developed as part of the Beylikova Livestock Organized Industrial Zone in Eskişehir, with the aim of increasing the region's livestock production capacity and meeting the growing demand for modern and sustainable agricultural infrastructure. Located within a livestock development zone approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, the project supports investment initiatives developed under the Rural Development Investments Support Program (KKYDP) and the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK). The architectural design and master planning of the project are being carried out with the contribution of our professional design team.

The livestock farm has been planned as a comprehensive agricultural production complex that integrates livestock housing, production facilities, storage areas, service buildings, and operational infrastructure within a single, well-organized site. The primary design objective is to create an efficient, accessible, and functional layout that supports uninterrupted agricultural production while optimizing daily operations.

Throughout the development, livestock barns, service facilities, staff buildings, and supporting structures are strategically positioned to maximize operational efficiency. Internal road networks and service routes are carefully planned to facilitate smooth transportation and logistics, while the linear arrangement of buildings strengthens circulation throughout the site and improves the relationship between different production units.

The architectural concept reflects the simplicity of traditional rural architecture while incorporating modern engineering principles. Wide-span structural systems, pitched tile roofs, and durable construction materials create practical, long-lasting buildings suited to agricultural operations. Landscaped green areas are integrated throughout the site to establish a balanced relationship between intensive production activities and the natural environment, enhancing both operational efficiency and user comfort.

Rather than focusing solely on individual buildings, the project adopts a comprehensive master plan approach that considers production workflows, transportation systems, open spaces, and the functional relationship between all facilities. This integrated planning strategy aims to create a sustainable agricultural production complex that meets today's operational requirements while making a lasting contribution to the future development of Eskişehir's livestock industry.
